Walkways and spray booths in factory coated with epoxy

For Metagro B.V. in Schelluinen, we realised a floor solution in an active production environment. In just two weekends, we fitted both walkways and spray booths with a new epoxy floor, fully tailored to the customer's functional and visual requirements.

The work was deliberately carried out over the weekend so as not to interfere with factory production. In total, we:

• 700 m² of walkways installed throughout the plant
• 4 spray booths (120 m²) equipped with a 2-layer epoxy system in the desired colour

Walkways contribute to a safe working environment for employees and visitors. Moreover, they provide a neat, professional look to the workplace - something that is increasingly important in the industrial sector.

With a combination of primer and epoxy topcoat, a flooring solution was chosen that:

• Easy to maintain
• Withstands chemical stress and intensive use
• Anti-slip and durable
• Creating clear zones and routes

The result: a future-ready factory with safe, sleek floors that meet all requirements for production environments.
