Substrate preparation starts with sanding or blasting for optimal adhesion, followed by a primer coat that provides a solid base and prolongs its life. The epoxy screed is then applied in 2 to 3 days, depending on the number of layers. Our cast floors can be laid on concrete, cement screeds and existing coatings, while tiles, wood or linoleum usually require additional preparation.
